Who do I contact if I have a question or concern about my order?

All order inquiries should be sent to our company email. Please allow 24-48 hours for a reply. Hours of operation are Monday thru Friday 8am-4pm EST

Sizing details

Size charts are available for each listing. If there is not one in the uploaded photos please contact me and I will provide one and add it to the listing. Please ask if unsure of sizing, as I can not take a return on a custom item.

NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES FOR WRONG SIZE ORDERED.

All boutique items fit true to size unless stated otherwise in the description. Please read each description fully before making an order. 

 

Custom and personalized orders

NO RETURNS on custom items, unless a mistake is made by the shop. If a mistake is made, please contact shop and a prepaid label for return will be sent.
Incorrect items are required to be returned before shipping correct ones. Please note, sizing issues do not constitute a mistake on the shop's part, as size charts are available upon request. Returns/Refunds must be requested within 48 hours of order delivery. ALL SALES FINAL.

 

What is turnaround time on orders?

Each custom listing has a turaround time in the description. Typically custom orders take 2-4 weeks to ship. Please refer to the items description for exact turnaround time.

Ready to Ship items will be shipped within 2-3 business days. 

 

My order is too big/too small. Can I return or exchange?

Any personalized item is custom made just for you. I can not exchange or refund an order based on size issues, as sizing charts for everything are available upon request. I am working on updating listings with size charts on the listing itself but if you need a size chart please message me before you order.

Boutique items fit True to Size unless stated otherwise in the description.

 

Do you take custom orders?

I absolutely take custom orders! Please send me an email and we can discuss the item you are wanting. Note: After we decide what it is you are wanting I will set up a custom listing for you, once the listing is purchased I will then send you a mock up of the design in my software. No mock ups will be sent without purchase of the listing first. After your approval of the design, no changes can be made.

 

I ordered on accident! Can I please cancel?

Due to the custom nature of my items if a cancellation to an order needs to be done a request should be made within 5 hours of order placement. After 5 hours no cancellation requests can be honored, as I do work as quickly as possible to gather supplies needed for each order. If I have already started gathering supplies for your order needing to be cancelled, a restocking fee may apply.
